The Randall Museum in San Francisco hosts a large HO-scale model model railroad. Created by the Golden Gate Model Railroad Club starting in 1961, the layout was donated to the Museum in 2015. Since then I have started automatizing trains running on the layout. I am also the model railroad maintainer. This blog describes various updates on the Randall project and I maintain a separate blog for all my electronics not directly related to Randall.

2023-10-15 - Halloween Trains at Randall Museum Model Railroad

Category Randall

The Halloween event at Randall Museum will happen on Saturday 21st of October this year.

As usual, Jim has prepared specific Halloween trains that Jim, Allen, Allan, and Orion will run:

The diesel engine is SP 7342 which features a fairly unique Daylights paint scheme, fairly appropriate for this event.

Here’s a video of the Halloween diesel train running, with a surprise apparition of 153 at the end:

Come enjoy the trains this Saturday!
